Pendulum Hip Press – the safest and most effective alternative to free-weight squatting. Our unique leg press minimizes spinal compression and shearing forces on the knees while activating the hip and glute regions beyond the traditional leg press. The five-position S.E.T. range limiter allows control of the range of motion for training or rehab, while the lockout limiter stops forward progress and increases exercise intensity. With a moveable seat that adjusts in 18 increments and unique locking handles that allow the athlete to begin exercise in a strong semi-contracted position, our machine is built to fit athletes of all sizes and abilities.
