The Chest Press Plate Loaded machine offers a personalized pre-stretch setup, with 3 back pad adjustments or starting positions that cater to an individual’s range of motion. It also includes two grip options, namely Wide and Close, to diversify the exercise experience. Similar to all of our Selectorized and Plate Loaded equipment, it is equipped with our Smart Strength Technology, allowing users to modify the resistance profile to target specific areas during the exercise routine, resulting in a more productive and streamlined workout.
